Occasionally the NFS mount connection will need to be reestablished, usually because a web server or file server was rebooted.

Our setup is based on this tutorial from Digital Ocean:

* Maybe reboot all web & NFS servers
* On NFS server(s), turn off iptables rules with `ipf` alias
* On Web Server(s) `sudo mount files.dal.flox.io:/srv/www/flox.io/uploads /srv/www/flox.io/public/uploads`
* You may need to `sudo umount -l /srv/www/flox.io/public/uploads` to force web servers to let go
* On NFS server, redefine iptables rules with `ipr`
In rare occurrences, the `uploads` folder of the NFS server has become corrupted and/or overwritten by WordPress. This is likely a configuration error with the `flox.io` multi-network codebase (regarding the network upgrade routine) and needs to be investigated further ASAP. |
